Job summary

HUB Financial, a division of HUB International, is seeking a client‑focused specialist to support life insurance services for our growing advisor network in Canada. You will liaise among policyholders, advisors and carriers, handle inquiries from application to policy ongoing, and assist with projects to improve client outcomes.

With LLQP licensing in place (BC/AB/ON), you will leverage MS Office and virtual meeting tools to deliver accurate, timely service and connect clients with suitable

About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Liaise between policyholder, advisors and insurance carriers
• Handle a variety of service inquiries throughout the lifecycle of a life insurance policy
• Maintain an understanding of the different Insurance Carriers’ inforce-related processes
• Exercise sound judgement when providing service support and advice
• Provide licensed service support to clients and connect them with a new insurance advisor
• Assist with project work

What You’ll Need for Success

• A positive attitude, the constant desire to help others, curiosity, and the ability to deliver consistently
• Clear written and oral communication skills
• Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide optimal solutions
• Previous life insurance industry experience
• Certified Life Insurance Agent (completion of LLQP). You will need to be licensed in BC, Alberta and Ontario at minimum (we will help with this).
• Practical experience with MS Office Suite and online meeting platforms
