Billyard Insurance Group – Edmonton South is seeking a motivated RIBO/OTL Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team on a commission-based basis. This hybrid role combines in-office and work-from-home flexibility, focusing on personal, commercial, and specialty insurance solutions.

You will advise clients, present quotes, manage renewals, and grow your book of business while benefiting from 100% commission-based compensation and ongoing training in a fast-growing brokerage network.

Competenze

• RIBO/OTL license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a commission-based environment.
• Hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule.
