Job summary

Plan Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed HVAC Service Technician to join our unionized team. This full-time role requires 313A Refrigeration Journeyman designation (or active apprenticeship) and a strong focus on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems in commercial settings.

You will work closely with the Service Manager, maintain safety standards, and build solid relationships with clients and vendors, including on-call shifts and GTA commutes.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing and installing HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and failures.
• Plan and perform preventative maintenance, identifying issues and resolutions.
• Complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety compliance with regulations and acts.
