Job summary

Johnson Controls Canada is seeking skilled HVAC Service Journeypersons for commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. You will manage service accounts, perform maintenance visits, inspections, and on-site diagnostics to extend equipment life.

Strong communication with customers and team is essential. Applicants must have 5+ years of HVAC experience, be in good standing with Local Union 516 or willing to join, and be available for on-call nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid HVAC Journeyperson status and union membership in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and on-call nights.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned service accounts, perform contract maintenance visits and inspections.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Provide quotes for labor and materials and recommend upgrades or repairs.
• Diagnose, repair, and service equipment on customer sites following blueprints or specs.
