Job summary
Boardwalk is seeking a seasoned HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance and service on furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment in residential and commercial units. You will handle repairs, inspections, and installations, ensuring reliable climate control across properties.
This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and customer service in a dynamic environments. We offer a permanent, full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week, competitive wages, and benefits including
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Certificate as HVAC Technician is required.
- Able to work on units up to 5 tons.
- 3–5 years residential/commercial HVAC experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper maintenance and service furnaces.
- Repair/replace furnaces as required.
- Exhaust fan repair and service.
- New capital refrigeration installations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and service on MUA, rooftop and refrigeration units.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on HVAC control systems.
- Maintain proper records of inspections.
- Complete all required paperwork and other tasks as assigned.
