Job summary

Progress Property Management Limited in Burlington, ON, is seeking a Condominium Property Manager to support the Halton Region's condo communities.

You will set board objectives, prepare annual budgets, supervise staff, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance. This full-time role includes a downtown Burlington office and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• ACMO General License required.
• Management experience preferred - minimum 2 years.
• Understanding of building management, Condominium law, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Setting and achieving Board objectives.
• Creating and implementing annual working budgets.
• Reviewing organization structures and recommending changes.
• Implementing preventative maintenance programs.
• Performing administrative duties such as meeting minutes and file maintenance.
• Negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
• Providing guidance to address homeowner needs.
• Monitoring and reporting on financial positions.
• Supervising building staff and ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Maintaining emergency and community evacuation plans.
• Conducting building inspections and preparing action plans.
• Ensuring due diligence for client funds and assets.

Schedule & Location:

• Permanent, Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
• Must be able to commute/relocate to the Halton Region.
• Downtown Burlington Office right by the lake!

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year based on experience
• Casual dress code, company events, and tuition reimbursement.
