A Regular Day For You Will Include

• Support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best‑in‑class service.
• Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
• Gather loan information.
• Sell our loan and protection products.
• Close loans virtually and in person.
• Follow up on past‑due customer accounts.
• Handle cash controls including taking payments.
• Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn our customer’s trust and loyalty.
