Synergy Business Lawyers LLP in downtown Vancouver seeks an Accounting Billing Specialist reporting to the Director of Finance. You will support monthly billing, invoicing, and client communications to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Key duties include preparing bills, WIP reports, trust cheques, handling receipt of payments, and providing general administrative support to the firm’s operations. Experience in a law office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal billing context is preferred.
• Proficiency with billing, invoicing, and WIP/pre-bills.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly billing and preparation of bills, WIP reports, and pre-bills.
• Assist with recording and payment of approved invoices.
• Process client payments and issue receipts.
• Provide administrative support and client communications.
