Our work is focused on M&A, regulated industries, healthcare businesses, and emerging companies at important growth or transition points.

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the founder of a growing boutique firm, with meaningful exposure to sophisticated transactions and a real role in keeping the practice operating smoothly.
