The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual with a law clerk or paralegal background (or currently enrolled in a law clerk/paralegal program) to join our Legal team. This role will focus on preparing and managing vendor and compliance forms as part of the customer onboarding and contract execution process. You may also occasionally be called to assist the legal team with larger projects.

What You Do
  • Complete, review, and submit vendor and compliance forms required by customers as part of the contracting and onboarding process.
  • Analyze form requirements, identify standard legal and compliance issues, and ensure submissions align with company policies.
  • Communicate with customer representatives (by email or phone) to exchange required company information and respond to compliance-related inquiries.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage legal correspondence and supporting documents.
  • Provide document management and recordkeeping support for contracts and other legal files.
  • Support the Legal team with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
What You Bring
  • Completion of, or current enrollment in, a Law Clerk or Paralegal diploma/certificate program is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with learning new systems.
  • Previous legal, administrative, or office experience is considered an asset.

This position requires a security clearance from the Government of Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must successfully obtain and maintain a Reliability security clearance.
