Job summary

The role supports multiple credential types across campuses in Fredericton and Toronto on a full‑time, hybrid, 12‑month contract basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred asset.
• Experience in curriculum design and instructional design.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and assessment practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and faculty to translate program goals into curricula.
• Develop learning outcomes, assessments, and content aligned to standards.
• Map curricula to internal and external standards and ensure quality.
• Apply innovative instructional strategies to engage learners.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks to timelines and deliverables.
