Job summary

Sterling Karamar Property Management in Toronto, ON is seeking a Leasing, Marketing & Engagement Coordinator. This full-time role supports leasing and marketing initiatives across multiple properties, while maintaining brand consistency and enhancing resident engagement.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of related experience and a post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business Administration, with proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 2 to 3 years’ related experience.
• Experience in a real estate office or property management environment preferred.
• Project management experience, with leading initiatives and working cross-functionally to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct annual leasing and marketing audits (photos, floorplans, virtual tours, digital content).
• Complete website and ILS updates as required (contact info, photos, content, availability and monthly promotions).
• Troubleshoot issues in coordination with the appropriate manager.
• Perform leasing and marketing data analysis and support creation of weekly/monthly reports and graphs.
• Report to the Director of Marketing while supporting Leasing Managers and Account Managers in executing strategies and tactics.
• Provide administrative support to the Leasing & Marketing team, including quarterly advertising screenshots and assistance in presentation content.
