Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or sales support is required.
• Experience with leasing processes and documentation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly voice that welcomes and engages prospective residents.

• Coordinate and schedule tours with onsite teams to showcase communities.
• Provide clear, accurate info on pricing, availability, and amenities.
• Keep leads warm with timely follow-ups to help close the deal.
• Support applicants through the process, ensuring everything is complete and stress-free.
• Prepare lease agreements and guide prospects through signing with confidence.
• Partner with onsite teams to ensure a smooth handoff and great resident experience.
• Track leasing metrics and celebrate hitting targets.
• Keep systems and records organized and up-to-date.

We’re growing! And looking for a passionate, driven, and energetic candidate to join our Leasing team as a Leasing Associate, based out of our head office in Guelph, ON.

Compensation:Starting at $50,000.00 annually plus bonus.

This role is all about building relationships, driving results, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With the support of innovative AI leasing tools and a collaborative team, you’ll turn inquiries into signed leases while delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly voice (or message!) that welcomes and engages prospective residents.
• Turn interest into action by qualifying leads and matching prospects with the right home.
• Coordinate and schedule tours with onsite teams to showcase our communities.
• Provide clear, accurate info on pricing, availability, and amenities—be the go‑to expert!
• Keep leads warm with timely, thoughtful follow‑ups that help close the deal.
• Support applicants through the process, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and stress‑free.
• Prepare lease agreements and guide prospects through signing with confidence.
• Partner closely with onsite teams and Rental Applications to ensure a smooth handoff and great resident experience.
• Track your success—monitor leasing metrics and celebrate hitting your targets.
• Keep systems and records organized and up‑to‑date (because details matter!).

Qualifications:

• A people‑first problem solver who loves helping others.
• A strong communicator who can connect, influence, and build trust.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to keep multiple priorities on track.
• Comfortable working independently, but also a team player who collaborates across functions.
• Tech‑savvy and confident using CRM systems, AI tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Results‑driven and motivated to meet (and exceed!) leasing goals.
• Knowledgeable (or eager to learn) about the Residential Tenancies Act and Human Rights Code.

Education & Experience:

• Previous experience in sales or sales support required.
• Experience with leasing processes and documentation is an asset.
