Rush Truck Centres of Canada is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule service repairs and preventive maintenance for our lease and rental fleet at the Mississauga location. You will coordinate with customers, prepare written estimates, and track repairs through completion, ensuring timely updates and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have OHSA knowledge, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license. Experience with SAP is a plus, and AZ/DZ is considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Valid G license; AZ/DZ asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with software and computers

Responsabilités

• Schedule service repairs and preventive maintenance for Lease & Rental fleet.
• Provide customers with written cost estimates and timelines.
• Greet customers, collect vehicle and customer information, and assist with invoicing.
• Create purchase orders for outside repairs and manage cost accruals.
