Job summary

Zanchin Automotive Group is seeking a Lease Renewal Manager to lead and optimize the vehicle lease portfolio at our Canadian dealerships. You will oversee lease sales activities, manage relationships with customers and third-party credit providers, and drive receivables management to support profitability.

Ideal candidates bring substantial dealership lease experience, a valid OMVIC license, and a strong drive for results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education.
• At least three (3) years proven experience managing a dealership lease portfolio.
• Five (5) years vehicle sales experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving abstract.
• Valid OMVIC License.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution.
• A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
• A proven commitment to quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Establish sales and profit objectives and pursue achievement through planning, organizing, controlling and measuring.
• Maintain and retain an existing customer-base of leased vehicles while pursuing growth through cost effective marketing and program enhancements.
• Manage the lease vehicle portfolio and negotiate with third party credits to float transactions.
• Ensure the security of leased vehicles, including the lien registration, insurance and potential repossession of vehicles.
• With the Sales Management Team, actively purchase new vehicles, and sell pre-owned vehicles to optimize inventory; determine rates, buy-back and wholesale values.
• Oversee the performance of Vehicle Lease Consultants to ensure that objectives are met by assisting in the development of short- and long-term objectives.
• Work with Vehicle Lease Consultants to professionally close vehicle lease sales transactions.
• Oversee and manage receivables relating to lease vehicle transactions

About the opportunity...
