Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Lease Administration Analyst in the Toronto area to reconcile operating expenses and ensure lease terms are respected across small to mid-size clients. You will contribute to portfolio administration, database management, and audit services.

The role involves audits, CAM reconciliations, fee review, and reporting of findings. You will work within CBRE's standardized procedures and support client satisfaction while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to apply existing procedures to standard problems.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills using data.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations of operating expenses to ensure lease terms are followed.
• Conduct basic audits for lease administration clients and request information as needed.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges.
• Assist CAM reconciliations for accuracy and controls.
• Review contracts to identify fees and potential savings.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
