Stratford Hall in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a Learning Strategist/Behaviour Interventionist to support students with diverse learning needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers, parents, and specialists to implement IEPs and tailored learning plans.

The candidate will provide pastoral care, contribute to school improvement, and help create inclusive classrooms following Universal Design for Learning principles within an IB–aligned program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education with a focus in Psychology or related field
• BC teacher certification is required
• Experience with play-based learning and social–emotional learning is preferred
• Experience with neurodiverse students and behaviour intervention strategies

Responsabilités

• Work in classrooms with students using Universal Design for Learning principles
• Use IEPs and support plans to differentiate instruction
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress
• Coordinate with external specialists for observations and referrals
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and accommodations
• Participate in school community activities and professional development
