Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Education or related discipline.
• 7–10 years progressive experience in business development, sales and account management.
• Experience engaging senior executives, including CFOs and VPs, across diverse organizations.
• Consultative selling approach aligned to workforce development and organizational learning.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new corporate clients across sectors through strategic business development.
• Lead consultative sales discussions and position CPA Ontario as a trusted partner for professional development.
• Manage pipeline, forecast activity, and achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored learning solutions and client success.
• Travel within Ontario to meet clients and advance partnerships.
