TD Wealth Practice Management is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training solutions that improve learner outcomes and drive performance. The role emphasizes applying adult education principles, collaborating with a Learning Strategy Manager, and managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations within TD's learning programs.

You will create videos, eLearning, and simulations using Articulate Storyline/Rise, Captivate, and Adobe

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous L&D experience.
• Post-secondary degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or similar
• CTDP designation an asset

Responsibilities

• Design, development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of training solutions
• Partner with a Learning Strategy Manager to deeply understand business gaps and objectives
• Management of deliverables, stakeholders, resources, timelines, and critical success factors
• Communication of regular updates to your people leader, requesting escalation where appropriate
• Regular and proactive collaboration and peer-sharing
