Job summary

Aquent Talent is partnering with a dynamic learning and development organization to create engaging e-learning modules using Articulate 360. The role focuses on transforming complex information into accessible, interactive content while meeting SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS compatibility.

You will collaborate with instructional design teams, leverage cutting-edge tools, and contribute to project planning and timelines to deliver high-quality modules on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing e-learning courses with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Profound understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other relevant e-learning standards.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to excel both independently and within a team setting.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Availability to work consistently from 9 AM-5 PM EST; completing assignments outside these hours is not an option.
• Ability to provide your own laptop and an active Articulate 360 license.
• Submission of links to recent Storyline & Rise work samples is required for consideration.

• Perform thorough quality assurance testing to guarantee course functionality and alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and development techniques.
• Contribute to project planning and timeline management, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
• Communicate proactively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
