Job summary

Sodales Solutions, a renowned SAP Cloud Platform solution extension partner, seeks an experienced instructional designer to develop engaging training for internal teams, partners, and customers. You will translate complex product concepts into effective learning experiences and manage content across the LMS.

The role involves creating e-learning courses, certification programs, onboarding paths, and assessments aligned with product roadmaps and releases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, learning & enablement, customer education, or related role.
• Experience developing training content for software products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or technology solutions.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, learner-focused content.
• Experience creating e-learning courses using authoring tools listed above.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile product environments.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Ariba is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Consultants, and SMEs to understand product functionality and release roadmaps.
• Translate business and technical requirements into engaging learning experiences for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Design, develop, and maintain e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Create structured learning paths and onboarding programs for consultants, customer support teams, implementation partners, and customers.
• Develop product certification programs, assessments, and knowledge checks to evaluate learner understanding.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to support new product launches with enablement materials.
• Manage and maintain LMS content, keeping materials current with product releases.
• Conduct needs assessments and gather stakeholder feedback to identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate virtual and instructor-led training sessions as required for employees, customers, and partners.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and analytics; recommend content enhancements.
• Ensure all training materials adhere to branding, instructional design best practices, and adult learning principles.
• Support customer adoption initiatives by creating scalable training resources to improve product knowledge.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, learning & enablement, customer education, or a related role.
• Experience developing training content for software products, SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or technology solutions.
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, learner‑focused content.
• Experience creating e-learning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation techniques.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working in Agile product environments and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Ariba is considered a strong asset.
