This is a 1-year opportunity with strong potential to become a permanent position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-impact environment. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and teams across the business to design and deliver meaningful learning content, support change initiatives, maintain our learning systems, and lead the development of career pathing aligned with our Job Architecture.

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 – $80,000 annualized for a fixed-term, full-time role. Salary is dependent on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
For a fixed-term contract, we offer vacation, sick time, and statutory holiday substitutions.
