Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two Learning & Procurement Training Specialists to develop training materials, job aids, instructional videos, and process documentation for Procurement teams.

The ideal candidates will create engaging learning content and support user adoption of procurement platforms, with experience on Zip, Coupa, or Archer considered a strong asset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience developing training materials, job aids, process documentation, or learning content.
• Strong content development and instructional design experience.
• Experience creating instructional videos and training resources.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
• Develop instructional videos and learning resources to support procurement processes and system adoption.
• Partner with Procurement stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective training content.
• Support learning initiatives for procurement platforms, including Zip, Coupa, and Archer.
• Review and update existing documentation as systems and processes evolve.
• Assist with change management and user adoption activities.
• Track and manage content updates using Excel and other tools.
• Analyze and reconcile documentation updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Ideal Candidate

The hiring manager is looking for someone who has hands‑on experience creating training materials, job aids, and video-based learning content. This person will play a key role in developing learning resources for Procurement users and supporting platform adoption. Previous experience with Zip, Coupa, or Archer would be a significant advantage.
