Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of ERP functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with full lifecycle Odoo ERP implementations across multiple modules.
• Strong client engagement and requirement gathering capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through ERP transformations using Odoo.
• Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations on time and within budget.
• Lead data migration, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and tools.
