BDO Canada in Ottawa is seeking a seasoned Talent Development Manager to lead leadership development programs across the national portfolio. This hands‑on role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Programs and partners closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional learning experiences.

The successful candidate will drive program design, delivery, and impact, manage one Coordinator, and collaborate across Talent Development and People & Culture to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in talent development or related field.
• Strong facilitation and leadership development experience.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Experience leading or managing others in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent development programs, including leadership initiatives.
• Translate Talent Development priorities into high‑quality program experiences.
• Manage program plans, timelines, and vendor relationships with data-driven measures.
• Serve as lead facilitator for workshops and cohort-based initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across the firm and with People & Culture teams.
