Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager with a strong background in the solution design lifecycle and a proven track record of delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate has experience working within large consulting firms or other leading technology consulting organizations. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless project delivery by bridging the gap between stakeholders and internal teams while leveraging expertise in solution design and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Oversee the solution design lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Coordinate across departments and teams to ensure all project components are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Prepare and present comprehensive project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and client stakeholders.
• Leverage best practices gained from consulting experience to optimize project delivery processes and improve outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• Consulting Background: Demonstrated experience working in large consulting firms such as Big Four (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG), IBM, CGI, or similar organizations, with exposure to complex, enterprise-level projects.
• Solution Design Expertise: Proven experience managing projects through the solution design lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and delivery.
• Project Management Excellence: Strong track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Strategic & Adaptable Leader: A strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and adapt in dynamic environments.
• Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
• Team Collaboration: Skilled in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in delivery management, project management, or consulting roles, with a focus on solution design and enterprise-level projects.
• Certifications: Project Management Designation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Consulting Expertise: Prior experience in a large consulting firm or technology consulting organization is highly desirable.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., IFS, SAP, Oracle) Direct IFS Experience is not required, however would be a plus to have.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
