• Supervise purchases, returns and exchanges, provide required approvals, and ensure processes follow company guidelines.
• Ensure SEA (electronic article surveillance) systems function properly and alarms are managed correctly.
• Prepare tills for opening and closing, assist cashiers in cash handling, and reconcile cash accurately.
