Job summary

Thorek/Scott and Partners is seeking a Regional Vice President, Eastern Canada, to lead and elevate the firm’s advisor community across Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada. You will partner with senior advisors, recruit talent, and drive net organic asset growth while aligning regional initiatives with Head Office.

The ideal candidate brings deep wealth-management experience, a proven ability to build trusted relationships, and a decentralized, relationship-driven leadership style.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience within Canadian wealth management, advisor-led environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Proven track record in driving advisor recruitment, retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy across Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada, with accountability for advisor retention and net asset growth.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior advisors and act as liaison between advisors and Head Office.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities and accelerate organic growth.
• Coach advisors on business development, client acquisition and referrals.
• Collaborate to implement corporate growth programs and best practices regionally.
• Resolve advisor issues in partnership with Operations, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, Product and Client Service.
• Maintain regional pipeline and forecasting for recruiting and growth.
• Represent the firm at industry events to enhance regional presence.
