Job summary

National Logistics Services (NLS) is seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to lead a warehouse team in Ontario. You will ensure SOP adherence, drive KPIs, and support daily execution across Receiving, Processing or Shipping.

The role requires hands-on leadership, safety oversight, and effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients. As a backfill to support business needs, you will coach staff, manage attendance, and optimize labor plans while upholding NLS policies and

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma; college diploma preferred.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience in 3PL or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department of employees who follow SOPs and meet KPIs set by the GM.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor attendance, safety and equipment usage; manage investigations as needed.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation and Inventory to resolve issues.
• Ensure quality standards through audits and data analysis.
• Support client SLAs and company SOPs in daily operations.
