Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods Inc. in London, Ontario, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the finished goods warehouse team, ensuring on-time departures, accurate workloads, and safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and SAP transactions (EWM and ECP), mentor staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with Order Processing and Inventory to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Shipping/Warehouse environment for manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership and supervision experience.
• Post-secondary education completed.
• Strong analytical capability and problem solving.
• Ability to work varied shifts and extended hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hourly warehouse team to ensure on-time departures and accurate workloads.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory activities in London.
• Execute SAP EWM transactions for receiving, picking and shipping.
• Manage order fill, warehouse tasks, and inventory updates in SAP ECP.
• Collaborate with Order Processing and Inventory to optimize workflows.
• Maintain safe working environment and enforce GMP and safety policies.
• Review hours, attendance, and coach/discipline as needed.
• Prepare management reports and monitor performance.
