Job summary

ReturnPro, based in Bolton, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a logistics and assembly team. The role focuses on planning/assigning work, implementing policies, and driving improvements in production methods and conditions.

A strong candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business/logistics or 2+ years in logistics management and is proficient with Microsoft Office. OSHA/EPA knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, management, or similar, or at least 2 years of experience in the logistics warehouse, inventory field, plus demonstrated management qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determines quality control standards
• Selects, orders, and purchases materials
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results
• Ensures proper training of teammates regarding safety, quality, and procedures
• Executes SOPs and applies discipline as needed
• Manages teammates’ time and attendance and tracks hours
• Identifies and prepares backups for critical roles
• Leads daily management meetings to review goals and updates
• Promotes a safe work environment and safe equipment handling
• Oversees warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Charts progress and develops enhancements to drive efficiency
