Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, preferably supervisory.
• Proven track record of business growth and customer service success.
• Interest in sports or sporting goods is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Five Star Solution customer service model.
• Provide merchandising, maintenance, and organization of products.
• Support customer experience via timely inventory movement to salesfloor.
• Execute and maintain inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Implement and ensure compliance with operating procedures and policies.
• Lead store inventory movement and replenish systems.
• Assist in annual inventories and payroll scheduling.
• Promote LP, Cash, Audit, and OH&S policy adherence.
• Complete opening and closing duties as manager on duty.
• Coach and develop staff; set expectations and give feedback.
• Lead training and development plans; close performance gaps.
• Conduct effective team huddles and training sessions.
• Ensure timely Triangle Learning Academy training completion.
• Lead in execution of Visual Presentation.
• Act as brand ambassador; promote stores and people.
• Problem solve, delegate, and follow up on tasks.
• Enforce disciplinary processes consistently.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and empowering work environment.
