• 2–4 years leading a Visual Merchandising team.
• Strong collaborative spirit and communication.
• Attention to detail in visual merchandising.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual excellence to drive store level sales.
• Lead timely visual execution of events, campaigns and launches.
• Archive ideas and examples for future use.
• Partner with Store Leadership, Operations and Marketing to align visuals with priorities.
• Coach and onboard Visual Presentation Associates.
