Job summary

Sunshine Village Corporation is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to lead on-floor displays, educate staff on product stories, and support sales strategies across six resort store locations.

You will partner with the Retail Supervisor and Inventory team to maintain high visual standards, drive guest engagement, and ensure accurate product knowledge. Flexibility with hours and a passion for alpine retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail / sales management, or an equivalent management role.
• Passion for skiing and snowboarding.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing projects and people development.

Responsibilities

• Present on the retail floor as a merchandiser and part of the leadership team, a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Assist the Retail Supervisor in staffing matters such as KPI management, team huddles, and schedule management.
• Lead and educate staff on product, community, and culture on the retail floor.
• Create excitement and FUN for guests on the retail floor.
• Manage VM standards and communications to stores.
• Deliver weekly and monthly direction to support product strategies and sell-through.
