Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transmit and receive information for drivers and operational staff
• Monitor meat load inspections and escalate discrepancies
• Communicate with planning to preplan shipments
• Ensure timely load assignments and driver confirmations
• Track drivers en route and update ETAs/PTAs
• Coordinate with Loblaw CSR to book pickups/deliveries
• Record and escalate driver issues for resolution
