Job summary

TD is seeking a Lead Developer in Toronto for the Branch Infrastructure Technology services team. You will own a diverse set of tasks, coach peers, and provide technical guidance on complex applications and systems.

You will build UI, server-side logic, APIs using Java, Spring Boot, React and TypeScript, support Azure Cloud migration, ensure secure, maintainable code, and participate in releases and incident management.

Qualifications

• Front-End (Client Side): HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.
• Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, API design.
• Cloud: Azure Cloud migration and basic CI/CD.
• Quality: unit/integration tests and secure coding practices.
• Collaboration: work with partners to meet requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of highly complex applications and coach peers.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Develop UI, server logic, databases, and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript.
• Support Azure Cloud migration and application security fixes.
• Plan releases, governance and incident management activities.
• Document architecture and ensure code is maintainable and testable.
