Job summary

RBC in Toronto seeks a Lead Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain cloud-first applications using C#/.Net Core and Azure. You will lead front-end and back-end work, shape architecture, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will collaborate with security, data, and product teams to deliver scalable solutions, drive DevOps practices, and continuously improve the technology stack.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in C#/.NET Core and RESTful services.
• 10+ years of cloud-based architecture using Azure services.
• Strong leadership and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering tasks including performance tuning and deployment.
• Design APIs for large data sets and cloud infrastructure.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines on a cloud environment.
• Collaborate with architects and business partners on requirements.
• Guide engineers and lead product reviews and pilots.
• Leverage Gen-AI for coding, testing and test data generation.
