Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (11 or later) and Spring Boot, including core Java concepts and modern development practices.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, query optimization, and SQL development.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and service-oriented integrations; microservices experience.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development practices, including reusable components and state management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze a broad range of business and technology requirements and identify key solution components.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications aligned to enterprise standards and secure practices.
• Develop new capabilities and perform testing to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to design specs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with analysts and other partners.
• Collaborate with teams to plan scope, estimates, timelines, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Communicate technical decisions and project status to stakeholders and teams.
• Support production incidents and optimize performance through root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Drive continuous improvement in development practices and deployment processes.
