The Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise, AB, is seeking a Lead Server to provide exceptional guest service and lead the serving team across dining outlets. The role focuses on maintaining high standards, organization, and collaboration with the team in a world-class hospitality setting.

Role involves training staff, handling payments and cash-outs, and ensuring accurate service for all guests, including large groups. A strong emphasis on food safety and allergen communication is required.

Competenze

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Squirrel POS system is an asset.
• Valid Serving It Right certification.

Mansioni

• Oversee and train the serving team to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with payments, voids, deletions, and cash-outs procedures.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Ensure dining outlets are clean, organized and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Communicate menus, dietary restrictions, and allergens to kitchen staff.
• Handle large groups and banquet shifts, including setup and teardown.
