Job summary

Janicki Industries is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead one or more production teams in Hamilton, Washington. You will ensure work is completed on time, manage priorities with Operations Management, and guide cell leads through risk and safety practices.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years in production and people management, plus strong English communication. ITAR/EAR constraints apply, and a U.S. security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years in production and personnel management.
• Must have the ability to multitask and be familiar with Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Must learn the project management software within 3 months.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident status required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more production teams and ensure work aligns with customer requirements and work instructions.
• Prioritize daily tasks in coordination with Operations Management.
• Coordinate production activities with Hamilton Ops, Hwy 20 Ops, Project Management and Cell Managers.
• Provide training on risk management, employee issues, and work orders as needed.
• Conduct CDI inspections and monitor facility risks.
• Utilize QCBD, SAP and Kronos for attendance and shop floor data.
• Drive continuous improvement and enforce safety, 5S, HazMat, AS9100 and NADCAP standards.
