Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current DoD Secret Clearance required (investigation within last 6 years) preferred.
• Prior military experience encouraged.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, procedures, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and follow pass downs, work orders, drawings, and instructions.
• Lead one or more teams to complete aircraft systems projects.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of work and safety of crew.
• Train technicians and monitor progress, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain organized work areas and document procedures and results.
