You will partner with Engineering to ensure the platform powers end-user experiences for staff and customers, including AI-enabled capabilities and self-serve tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, SaaS or Banking preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
• Technical background with APIs/Integrations in scaling SaaS products.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, data privacy, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap with clear milestones and OKRs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Security to shape features.
• Lead product demos and present to stakeholders.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities and translate into testable experiences.
• Mentor junior team members and evolve internal product processes.
• Drive customer-centric product development and balance existing vs new needs.
