• Minimum 5 years' experience in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and API webhooks.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
