Job summary

Euna Solutions in Oakville, ON seeks a Team Lead, Technical Solutions to guide a specialists team through requirements gathering, configuration, and implementation of payment solutions. You will drive API architecture, integration patterns, and client success while partnering with sales, product, and engineering.

The role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and strong consultant skills, with a hybrid work model in Oakville.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Solutions Engineering, technical consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and API webhooks; troubleshoot integrations using Postman.
• Proficiency with Git/version control and distributed systems.
• Ability to explain complex API concepts to non-technical stakeholders; translate business needs into technical architecture.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent consultant skills: calm under pressure, professional with client feedback, proactive communication.
• Public speaking and client interactions; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with product teams on new feature development and implementation.
• Understanding of financial models and principles, particularly payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with customers to understand use cases and propose solutions using Euna Payments' platforms.
• Translate business problems into actionable user stories and technical architecture recommendations.
• Evaluate API integration needs and guide customers toward optimal integration patterns.
• Lead API integration work—designing, reviewing, and troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations and webhooks.
• Troubleshoot API issues, reproduce problems, and provide clear technical guidance.
• Maintain involvement in critical integrations and model best practices for the team.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members; foster collaboration and excellence.
• Collaborate with product teams on new features and drive technical improvements.
