You will drive Agile delivery, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensure secure, compliant payment workflows across the ecosystem, using Postman for validation and working closely with QA and security teams.

Qualifications

• Translate business goals and EWS network rules into precise API specifications.
• Lead backlog grooming, write production-ready User Stories with strict Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin/BDD).
• Bridge gap between technical engineering teams, business stakeholders, and EWS standards.

Responsibilities

• Zelle Subject Matter Expertise: serve as the primary consultant for Zelle domain logic including enrollment, mapping, P2P transactions, real-time clearing, and fraud/risk controls.
• API Requirements & Technical Mapping: translate business goals and EWS network rules into precise API specifications, data payload mappings, endpoint definitions, and error-handling protocols.
• Agile Requirements Delivery: lead backlog grooming, write production-ready User Stories with strict Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin/BDD), and maintain clear process maps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with backend engineering, QA, security, and payment operations teams to validate API behavior using tools like Postman and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., Reg E).
