Job summary

BMO Financial Group seeks a Senior Manager, Model & AI Governance in a hybrid Toronto role. Lead governance programs across the Canadian Personal & Business Banking, ensuring AI models are treated as enterprise assets and comply with policies and regulatory expectations.

You will partner with product, technology, risk, and audit teams to enable safe, transparent, and scalable use of models and AI, driving governance maturity and responsible adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in model risk management and AI governance in regulated settings.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle management and governance controls.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across business, technology and risk teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering governance programs in complex environments.
