Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead AI governance and compliance for AI-powered software delivery. This role drives strategy, roadmap, and stakeholder alignment across risk, compliance, and engineering to accelerate secure product outcomes.

You will define and measure success, champion responsible AI, and partner with Enterprise Architecture to deliver value at scale across RBC’s enterprise software initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of product management experience, ideally at a senior level, owning a product from strategy through launch and iteration.
• Proven experience defining and delivering a product roadmap and vision in a cross functional environment.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and technical stakeholders, with comfort making prioritization trade-offs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-alignment skills.
• Data-informed mindset with experience defining and tracking metrics such as NPS, adoption, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered software delivery capabilities, keeping it current as priorities and technology evolve.
• Set product direction and translate it into a prioritized, outcome-driven roadmap.
• Partner closely with engineering and Enterprise Architecture to sequence delivery and ensure feasibility and value.
• Engage stakeholders across risk, compliance, delivery teams, and leadership to align priorities and secure buy-in.
• Manage the product end-to-end from plan to launch and follow-up, including release planning and enablement materials.
• Define and track success metrics such as NPS, adoption, engagement, and time-to-value; iterate accordingly.
