Job summary

Bank of Montreal (BMO) is seeking a senior AI and Data Architect to lead the enterprise AI and data architecture strategy in Toronto. You will partner with business and technology teams to define capabilities, standards, and reference architectures, and drive alignment with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include shaping the technical roadmap, evaluating tools and platforms, guiding migration to scalable AI solutions, and mentoring staff while ensuring secure, well-integrated systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/data/AI architecture or related fields.
• Experience designing enterprise AI architectures and data platforms.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI and data architecture and establish standards.
• Lead end-to-end AI solution reference architectures including data pipelines and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
