Qualifications

• Experience with water meter exchanges or related field service work.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead, train, or support technicians.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Ability to pass background or screening checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete water meter exchanges at residential and commercial properties.
• Support, guide, and assist technicians in the field.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for complex installations.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards across the project.
• Assist with training and onboarding of technicians.
• Communicate field issues and project updates to the Project Manager.
• Complete appointments according to the project schedule.
• Record meter information using mobile devices and digital reporting systems.
• Interact professionally with customers and represent the project courteously.
• Follow safety procedures and project requirements.
