Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical construction experience, including 5+ years leading field crews.
• Red Seal Certification or equivalent mechanical qualification.
• Experience on industrial, water/wastewater, energy, or heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical crews and coordinate subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards on site.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Review drawings and specs to identify conflicts and resolve issues.
• Support project billing, cost control, and progress reporting.
• Maintain accurate as-built documentation.
